The Soulatis System

The Soulatis system includes seven different sections: Primer, Circles, Stretches, Bows, Strength Training, Chakra--Toning, and Afterflow. Each part of the course has a particular purpose and function. You can use each of the sections of Soulatis independently, however it has its strongest effect when it is done in order and in its entirety. Below is a brief description of each of the parts of Soulatis. *

Soul Soothing Primer
We start with the Soul Soothing Primer to release the stress of the most current happenings in our lives right now. Learn specific hand to face positions to get into the "flow," releasing stress instantaneously as you breathe naturally. As we come into this easy, natural breath, we release stress and open to the Light.


Circles
With Circles we reorder our energy through brain training coordination exercises. This brings Light in specific patterns into the brain and nervous system. Circles clarifies our energy and also gives us energetic protection.


Strength Training
Strength Training is a mechanism for drawing Light into the body and for integrating that Light. The coordination required for Strength Training builds strength through nerve to muscle connections and as it does so it clears and focuses the mind. As you master Strength Training, you build the pathways and experience the power of the Light as it flows through you and strengthens you!
Chakra Toning
With Chakra Toning, you learn the power of resonating the proper vowel with the correct chakra. Through your own voice you bring immense Love into your being. This Love is a profound Universal Vibration which seals the Light into our beings, opens our hearts and gives us a tremendous calm and stillness.
